All registration fees paid on EVCL.co.in are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Disqualification due to eligibility issues
No-shows or absences from trials
Venue or schedule changes
Personal emergencies or changes in availability
In events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances that lead to the cancellation of trials or events, EVCL will evaluate alternatives (such as rescheduling or venue changes) but will not issue any refunds.
By completing the registration process on EVCL.co.in, the participant agrees and acknowledges that:
The fee paid is a one-time non-refundable charge.
They have read and understood this policy fully before proceeding with payment.
