EVCL ट्रायल नोटिस
सभी इच्छुक खिलाड़ियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि EVCL ट्रायल में भाग लेने हेतु निम्नलिखित दिशा-निर्देशों और आवश्यकताओं का पालन अनिवार्य है:
- ट्रायल शुल्क: ट्रायल में भाग लेने के लिए ₹825 (GST सहित) एक बार का शुल्क देय है।al.

चयन के बाद शुल्क:
चयन के बाद की प्रक्रिया के लिए कोई भी शुल्क EVCL प्रबंधन समिति द्वारा प्रबंधित किया जाएगा।

आयु सीमा:
ट्रायल में भाग लेने के लिए खिलाड़ी की आयु 14 से 39 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।

ट्रायल राउंड्स:
ट्रायल प्रक्रिया दो चरणों में आयोजित की जाएगी।

मेडिकल फिटनेस:
उम्मीदवार को हाल ही में जारी मेडिकल फिटनेस प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है।

विशेष दवाएं:
किसी विशेष दवा की आवश्यकता होने पर खिलाड़ी को डॉक्टर के प्रिस्क्रिप्शन के साथ अपनी दवाएं स्वयं लानी होंगी।

स्थान व समय:
ट्रायल स्थल और तिथि ईमेल द्वारा या आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर कम से कम एक सप्ताह पहले साझा की जाएगी।

परिणाम सूचना:
ट्रायल के परिणाम ईमेल द्वारा भेजे जाएंगे। चयनित खिलाड़ियों को EVCL समिति के सदस्य व्यक्तिगत रूप से सूचित करेंगे।

प्लेयर किट:
प्रतिभागियों को अपनी संपूर्ण खेल किट स्वयं लानी होगी।

ड्रेस कोड:
सफेद जूते, सफेद टी-शर्ट और सफेद लोअर (पैंट या शॉर्ट्स) पहनना अनिवार्य है।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज़:
- ट्रायल निमंत्रण या पुष्टि ईमेल की प्रिंट कॉपी।
- वैध सरकारी फोटो पहचान पत्र (जैसे आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, पासपोर्ट, वोटर आईडी)।
- फॉर्म जमा करते समय जो आईडी जोड़ी गई थी, वही पहचान पत्र लाना अनिवार्य है।
- दो पासपोर्ट आकार के हाल के फोटो।

कोई TA/DA नहीं:
EVCL समिति द्वारा यात्रा या दैनिक भत्ता नहीं दिया जाएगा।

प्रवेश अनुमति:
केवल प्रतिभागियों को ही स्थल पर प्रवेश मिलेगा। परिजन, मित्र या अन्य व्यक्ति अनुमति नहीं होंगे।

प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएं:
मोबाइल, कैमरा, आभूषण या कोई भी कीमती वस्तु स्थल पर ले जाना मना है।

नशा एवं निषिद्ध पदार्थ:
शराब, ड्रग्स या प्रतिबंधित वस्तुओं का सेवन या साथ रखना वर्जित है। ऐसा करने पर तत्काल अयोग्यता होगी।

व्यवहार:
अपशब्द, धमकी या किसी भी प्रकार की हिंसा करने पर सीधे अयोग्यता और कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

घूस व अनुचित व्यवहार:
समिति के सदस्यों को प्रभावित करने की कोशिश करने पर खिलाड़ी अयोग्य घोषित कर दिए जाएंगे और कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

पेयजल सुविधा:
ट्रायल के दौरान डिहाइड्रेशन से बचाव हेतु EVCL द्वारा पानी व पेय उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।

उत्तरदायित्व:
EVCL समिति किसी भी व्यक्तिगत सामान के नुकसान या चोरी की जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

पार्किंग सुविधा नहीं:
ट्रायल स्थल पर पार्किंग की सुविधा नहीं होगी। खिलाड़ी को वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी।

उपकरण:
केवल लेदर बॉल और पिच EVCL समिति द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। अन्य सभी उपकरण खिलाड़ियों को लाने होंगे।

स्थान परिवर्तन:
ट्रायल से पूर्व किसी भी समय स्थल में बदलाव करने का अधिकार समिति के पास सुरक्षित है। किसी प्रकार की आपत्ति स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

प्राकृतिक आपदा:
आपातकालीन या प्राकृतिक आपदा की स्थिति में ट्रायल स्थगित, पुनर्निर्धारित या रद्द किया जा सकता है।

धार्मिक कृपाण:
केवल सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त धार्मिक कृपाण की अनुमति होगी। अन्य किसी भी धारदार वस्तु की अनुमति नहीं है।

चिकित्सा आपात स्थिति:
गंभीर चिकित्सा आपातकाल की जिम्मेदारी EVCL समिति की नहीं होगी। खिलाड़ी अपनी दवाएं व आवश्यक सहारा स्वयं रखें।

नाबालिग प्रतिभागी:
18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के प्रतिभागी को अभिभावक के साथ आना अनिवार्य है। अभिभावक द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित सहमति पत्र आवश्यक है।
उपरोक्त में से किसी भी नियम का उल्लंघन करने पर ट्रायल से अयोग्य घोषित किया जा सकता है।

EVCL TRIAL NOTICE
This notice is issued to inform all aspiring players about the guidelines and requirements for participation in the EVCL trials:
- Trial Fee: A one-time fee of ₹825 (inclusive of GST) is payable for participation in the trial.
- Post-Selection Fees: Any subsequent process fees after selection will be managed and arranged by the EVCL Management Committee.
- Age Eligibility: Players must have completed an age between 14 and 39 years to be eligible for the trials.
- Trial Rounds: The trial process consists of two rounds.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must submit a recent medical fitness certificate during the trial process.
- Special Medication: Players requiring any special medicines must carry their own supply along with a valid doctor’s prescription.
- Trial Venue & Schedule: The trial venue and date will be communicated via email or updated on the official website at least one week prior to the trial.
- Result Notification: Trial results will be communicated to candidates via email. Final selected players will be informed individually by an EVCL Committee member.
- Player Kits: Participants are required to bring their own complete sports kit.
- Dress Code: Players must wear white shoes, a white t-shirt, and white lower (pants or shorts) during the trials.
- Documents Required:
- Printed copy of the trial invitation or confirmation email.
- Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, voter ID).
- The same ID document attached during form submission for verification.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided by the EVCL Committee.
- Venue Access: Only trial candidates will be permitted entry to the venue. Family members, friends, or other guests are not allowed.
- Prohibited Items: Use of phones, mobiles, cameras, ornaments, and valuables inside the trial venue is strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol & Substances: Consumption or possession of alcohol, drugs, or any banned substances at the venue is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disqualification.
- Behaviour: Any abusive behaviour, threats, or acts causing harm to individuals or property will lead to immediate disqualification and legal action.
- Bribery & Misconduct: Any attempts of bribery or unauthorized approaches to EVCL Committee members or officials will result in disqualification and legal consequences.
- Hydration: Water and drinks will be provided by EVCL to prevent dehydration during trials.
- Liability: EVCL Committee is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings during the trials.
- Parking: No parking facilities are available at the trial venue; participants must arrange alternative parking or transport.
- Equipment Provided: The EVCL Committee will provide the leather ball and pitch only; all other equipment, including player kits, must be brought by the candidate.
- Venue Change: The EVCL Management Committee reserves the right to change the trial venue at any time prior to the trial date without prior notification. No allegations or disputes regarding such changes will be entertained.
- Natural Disasters: In the event of any natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances, the EVCL Management Committee reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the trials. Participants will be informed accordingly, and no claims or disputes will be entertained regarding such decisions.
- Religious Kirpan: Only religious kirpans that are officially approved by the government are permitted inside the trial venue. Any other types of kirpans or sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
- Medical Emergencies: EVCL Committee will not be responsible for managing any serious medical emergencies during the trial. Participants are advised to take necessary precautions and carry their own medical support if required.
- Minor Candidates: Participants who are minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the trial process. A signed consent form from the parent or guardian is mandatory for participation.
Failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in disqualification from the trial process.
