The Epic Victory Cricket League (EVCL) is committed to transforming grassroots cricket in India by providing aspiring cricketers a platform to showcase their skills. By participating in EVCL, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Eligibility & Registration
- EVCL is open to individuals aged 18 to 39 years who have a passion for cricket and aspire to play professionally.
- Registration requires providing accurate personal information, including name, age, and contact details. Any false information may result in disqualification.
- By registering, players consent to EVCL collecting, processing, and using their personal information for administrative and promotional purposes.
Use of Personal Information
- EVCL values and respects your privacy. Personal information collected will only be used for tournament administration, communication, and promotional purposes.
- Players have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting EVCL at info@evcl.co.in
Media & Promotions
- By participating in EVCL, players grant the league permission to capture and use their images, videos, and likeness for promotional and marketing activities.
- EVCL reserves the right to publish match highlights, player interviews, and other related content on its website, social media platforms, and other media channels.
- Players will not receive any compensation for the use of their likeness in EVCL promotions.
Health & Safety
- Players must ensure they are physically fit to participate in the tournament. EVCL is not liable for any injuries sustained during trials, matches, or related activities.
- EVCL provides basic medical assistance on-site, but players are encouraged to have personal health insurance.
Liability & Disclaimers
- EVCL is not responsible for personal losses, including but not limited to injuries, damages, or theft of personal belongings during the tournament.
- EVCL reserves the right to amend the tournament structure, rules, and schedule as necessary.
- EVCL is not responsible for external factors, such as weather conditions or venue restrictions, that may impact tournament proceedings.
